My Planner

The My Planner component allows users to view planner tasks in the command bar.

Warning

This feature is currently under development. If you see this in your environment beware that some features may change in upcoming releases, and any configuration applied via the Config Panel may need to be reset.

Filter By Plan

You will be able to filter by plans that you are a member of using the dropdown and see all tasks that are within the plan. Alternatively you will see all tasks that are assigned to you no matter which plan they are in.

Task

You will be able to see information about a task such as: - Task Name - Subtasks - Due Date - Assigned Users

You will also be able to mark as task as complete, along with the subtasks.

Task Creation

Once you have used the dropdown to go to a Plan you will be able to create a task within the plan.

To create a task you will need to fill out the required information and extra information that you wish.

  • Task Name *
  • Assigned Users
  • Bucket *
  • Due Date *
