Admin¶
The admin page allows you to control who can access My Mercury, as well as offer different levels of access to this who can use My Mercury
Admin Users¶
Admin users can perform all operations within My Mercury, including creating Site Arranagements and applying changes to SharePoint sites in your tenant.
Note
Users who have been added to the "Administrator" role of the MyMercury Enterprise Application within Entra ID will always have access to My Mercury
Viewers¶
Viewers are able to access My Mercury and can browse Tickets, Site Arrangements, and Subscriptions but cannot create new Site Arrangements or apply any changes to sites, including installing/upgrading products.
