Apps¶
Note
This section is only available for customers who use the SharePoint Tenant App Catalog. If this is disabled in your MyMercury subscription, apps are only allowed to be installed to Site Collection App Catalogs so this page will be irrelevant.
This page lists all the apps that form part of your licence subscription to ID Live products.
Installing Apps¶
For products that are currently installed in your Tenant App Catalog, the currently installed version is listed. If a newer version of that app is available then it will be highlighted green. Select any app highlighted in Green and click "Update" to trigger an update of that app in your Tenant App Catalog.
Reinstall Apps¶
If you have problems with an app you can try reinstalling it by selecting the problematic app then clicking Reinstall from the command bar at the top.
Admin Consent¶
Apps which use Microsoft Graph have their own Microsoft Entra ID apps that will need consenting by a Global Administrator of your Microsoft Entra ID instance. The Global Administrator must follow the "Grant Admin Consent" to allow that app to work within your SharePoint environment.
Apps which have not been granted Admin Consent yet will show a red warning triangle next to the Admin Consent link.
Note
The red warning triangle will only display when the Mercury Intranet Service Principal has been re-granted admin consent since December 2024.
Updating All Sites¶
Once you have updated an app in your Tenant App Catalog, it is often necessary to update all installed instances of these apps on all site collections in your tenancy. Use the button at the bottom of this page to trigger an update of all Mercury Products that are currently installed on all site collections.
